CTZN Partners

By signing up to CTZN’s terms and conditions, partner organisations accept responsibility for all information and content that is posted on the app relating to its activities. This includes comments posted by staff or volunteers as well as by young people who are watching or attending an activity. Organisations will respond to anything posted that does not comply with the CTZN guiding principles or terms and conditions. Partner organisations must have appropriate policies and mechanisms in place to respond to comments by young people that raise concerns about their safety and well-being.

The safeguarding and well-being of young people is of paramount importance and CTZN partners are responsible for ensuring that all necessary DBS disclosure checks are obtained, that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with, that risk assessments are carried out and that child protection, data protection, health and safety policies and any other relevant policies and procedures are in place.

Any organisation which breaks our terms and conditions will be removed from CTZN. Any illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
