If it appears that a young person is at immediate risk of harm please call 999 or contact your local police

If you see anything on CTZN that you feel is inappropriate or is a cause for concern please:

  • Flag the comment – this will show in the event organiser’s dashboard where they can review, take appropriate action and if necessary, remove the comment
  • Contact the organisation directly using the ‘Contact Organiser’ button on the app. This can be found by clicking on the Activity Description screen and navigating to the ‘Organiser’ tab
  • Contact CTZN directly using the Helpdesk on this website.
  • You can also report any inappropriate online activity to Child Exploitation and Online Protection CEOP at www.ceop.police.uk
