Rep and badges are awarded automatically to CTZN members who take part and complete an activity.
The activity organiser decides how you can redeem any rewards linked to their activity. In most instances this is done, after you successfully complete the activity. You will find details on the rewards screen of the CTZN App. If you have any questions related to rewards, you could ask the organiser directly using the contact details listed on the Organiser's screen.
