Rep and badges are rewarded automatically to CTZN members who take part in an activity with Goodies.
The activity organiser decides how you could redeem the rewards. In most instances rewarding is done, after successfully completing the activity. You will find details on the rewards on the Goodies screen of the CTZN App. If you have any questions related to Goodies, you could ask the organiser directly using the contact details listed on the Organiser's screen.
